A Little Note from Me
Photography is more than just images—it’s about trust, stories, and capturing moments you’ll cherish for years to come. My Terms & Conditions exist not just as formalities but to ensure clarity, transparency, and a smooth experience for both of us. Think of this page less as rules and more as an understanding that helps us create something amazing together.
Booking & Payments
To reserve your date, an agreed booking fee is required, which is deducted from the total package price.
Invoicing for services and optional extras will be completed on delivery of goods and remaining payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Payments can be conveniently and securely processed online through my website.
Cancellations & Changes
Life happens – I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please give me at least two weeks’ notice, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. If you cancel your booking more than two weeks before the date, your booking fee can be transferred to a future session within six months. Less than two weeks’ notice unfortunately means the booking fee can’t be refunded.
Deliverables & Timelines
Different shoot types and pacakge offerings have different inclusions please read the conditions carefully or just ask me to be sure what is included in your shoot price. Your images will typically be ready within 1-2 weeks after your event (often sooner—I’m as excited as you are to see them finished!). I usually try to get your first look portfolio up within days. Printed products like premium photo books usually arrive within an additional 2–3 weeks after you’ve confirmed your selection and final layout. Standard photo priniting can be turned around much quicker if required.
Usage & Copyright
I retain the copyright to all photographs I create. You’re free to use, share, and print your images however you wish, for both personal and commercial purposes, without needing further permission. All I ask is that if your images are published, exhibited, or otherwise gain public attention, credit is given to Years2come Photography as the photographer.
Privacy & Confidentiality
I respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent. I occasionally showcase selected images from my work on my website, portfolio, and social media channels to promote my photography. If you prefer not to have your images used in this way, please inform me in writing before or immediately after your session, and I will fully respect your wishes.
Responsibility & Liability
While I commit fully to every project, sometimes unexpected circumstances beyond my control (like severe weather, equipment failure, or illness) can occur. Rest assured, I’ll always communicate transparently and quickly, and I’ll go above and beyond to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking your photography session or event with me, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
